Super hungry to super not hungry

(Kellie) #1

Some days I literally don’t eat. I’m
Not kidding I’ll wake up and go to work or go about my day and I’m literally not hungry . Other days I wake up and I’m starving and my tummy is rumbling and I can’t seem to be full the whole day. Most of the time it’s normal not too drastic either way but I have noticed every few weeks it’s get drastic like this where I eat a lot or nothing at all . Is there a explanation for
This ?

I think we all experience this from time to time.

My own explanation is that my body needs extra fuel to do something internal. I may not know what it is, but the hunger is my body’s way of letting me know “hey, fuel this puppy up. We’ve got work to do.”

Just happens sometimes. Yesterday I was super tired AND super hungry. Ate a lot more than usual. Today, thank god I am less hungry to make up for yesterday…I am actually experiencing feelings of fullness today, as opposed to having a bottomless pit for a stomach like I usually do.

Happens to me sometimes. As long as I’m feeling good I just listen to my body and don’t worry about it.

Same here - I’m fairly small but there are days where I can put away a remarkable amount of food. I’m like a snake trying to swallow a sheep! Hormones seem play a role for me but if I eat a lot one day I tend to be a lot less hungry the next so it all seems to balance out.

I am well adapted to the Ketones as fuel. I find that if I have fat bombs for breakfast I don’t get hungry for hours. If I run out of fat bombs, I’ll be hungry all day. For me, it is very important to have two pecan meal cookie dough fat bombs for breakfast. After that, my day will be satiated. But if I don’t have fat bombs for breakfast, I’ll likely eat a bunch.
