I spend more on gas ( going to Walmart’s ) , just trying to find them b4 they sell out …ugh

My rinds and cottage cheese dip, (that and guacamole) saved me. Stayed keto, but full.

Go Eagles!! They so deserve this after so many years. Daughter is veterinary interning there, she says they are going wild!!

Amazing game! Not a Brady fan, being a Bronco fan , but he is a tremendous athlete.

First time in a long time
I WAY over did it today!!
I wanted to see how my body would react ( to each their own )

Had more carbs/macros than I usually do
Went around 500-600 more calories as well, than my normal day

I’m feeling it !:weary:
Good Keto foods at least
Got in to that food/crash feeling around halftime
Slight bloated feeling. Yuck :nauseated_face:

The great part of this WOE
It’s just one day🙂
Onward and Upward

drinking some black coffee now, heading Back in to IF
Then I’ll eat Around 4 or 5pm tomorrow
