Sunken muffins

Just made muffins
Mozzarella
Eggs
Almond flour
Baking powder
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Cream cheese
They looked so good 10 mins in the at 15 mins they sunk in the middle! Gutted but what did I do wrong?

A little salty!
On my second batch, I’ve dropped the salt and upped the oven temp. They have risen but I’m waiting for them to cool before trying. 1st attempt on the right
