I don’t like taking supplements and I need magnesium. What are your thoughts on sunbutter (sunflower butter, organic, nothing added)? I don’t particularly like seeds but maybe I could get used to it?

Try eating some dark leafy greens, since there is a magnesium atom at the heart of every chlorophyll molecule.
I can’t help but I am curious too what one can do… I am pretty much doomed. I didn’t touch most green leaves even when I was a huge veggie lover vegetarian, ew, anything but those…
I dislike sunflower too but wouldn’t want it anymore - never heard of sunflower butter before but why would it be much better than sunflower oil? But I am not knowledgeable.
I took magnesium pills myself despite being unable to take supplements as it was rare and I really hated cramps and the idea that something even worse would happen if I neglect magnesium with its zillion functions…
Now I eat meat and almost no plants and it seems to be the best I can do but I still doubt my magnesium level is so high, I just don’t get cramps so it’s probably better…?
So I keep an eye/ear out to learn about magnesium… I looked at food lists before but I just don’t eat most of that food…
