After a 60 hour fast, I was down to 137 (from 140) and broke my fast with a normal Keto diet, within my macros. The next day, I was up to 146. I knew it had to be fluid retention. My face was bloated and my fingers were swollen. That has been about a week and yesterday, I finally dropped about 3 lbs of fluid. What causes this and is there anything that I can do to prevent or alleviate the issues?
