I’ll let you know. My doc ordered me to go keto for scleroderma and I began on Jan 2nd.
He rattled off the science behind why it should help me, but it was way over my head. We’ll see what happens.

Hi, came across your response on this forum and thought I would connect to see how things are going…my sister in law called and asked me if anyone on this forum have found any success with keto dealing with Morphea Lichen scleroderma. I’m not sure if it’s the same thing but sounds like it could be? Would love to know if you found any resources on the topic that lead you to a Keto diet. Any direction would help. I’ll also post a new topic to see if I can get some direction from others as well…hopefully this will help her decide on wether to go forward with this lifestyle…or not. Thanks!
