Subway Salad

Hello, I am very new to Keto (day 3). Today some people wanted to eat at Subway so I tried to go as Keto as possible and get a Salad.

I used this website: https://www.nutritionix.com/subway/nutrition-calculator

It said my Salad was 210 calories, 12g fat, 18g protein, 7g carbs. Does this seem right to you guys and gals or is the calculator off?

Lettuce / Spinach
Steak
Mozzarella Cheese
Jalapeno, Black olives, onions, tomato (just a few tomato’s)
Oil and Vinegar

First of all congrats on your decision to stay keto while eating out. I sometimes eat at Subway but I have to trust MFP app to figure out the macros. I figure meh ok close enough. And I keep on keto-ing on. You do the same.

No, but go forward. 1 T oil is like 100 calories. One slice cheese 70 cal. Etc. The plus side is it’s pretty low carbs. :clap::clap:

Well done for keeping on track. Im incredibly wary of the oils that fast food restaurants use. But its certainly a much better option than a sub!! KCKO!
