Hi guys
I’m new to the forum but not to weight loss or exercise. I’ve worked out my hole life, I’m 58 and never had a wight issue till I hit 53 then over 4 years I went from 210 to 258. January of 2017 I started the Ideal Protein diet, by late May I was 195 and remained there until I started taking in a few more carbs which brought me to 205. Post Holiday weight, 214 presently, 210. I’ve been here for 3 weeks and can’t figure what I’m doing wrong. My blood ketos are between .6 - .9 and my average on the Ketonix breathalyzer is 10+ over a three week period. I’m strict with my diet about 1900 calories a day, 70, 20-25, 5-10 percent. Any thoughts??
