Struggling Newbie!

Hi there, i am new to this keto diet and have jumped in to test it’s effects on my body/health. There are a couple of things i really struggle with.

  1. I love fruit, when is the best time to eat food and what proportions?
  2. Is there a very low carb bread? i have checked all the bread at the super market could not find anything!
  3. Apart from Eggs, Cheese, Meat whatelse can i eat that is high in Fat and Protein?
