Interesting list, I never heard about some on it!
No wonder we have zillion sugars as so many plants has it and food industry did its own stuff.

Xylitol is pretty different from sugar though… It has net carbs and it tastes like fructose (to me and my SO, at least, these things are individual) but it’s still not like sugar, it doesn’t harm teeth etc. as far as I know.

I wonder about the not sweet coconut milk. Where they put all the sugar from the coconut? Coconuts are sweet so normal coconut milk is sweet too. I made mine from coconut flakes so it was very sweet while the leftover coconut lost its sweetness.

(Coconut sugar is my second favorite sugar, by the way. Honey is the first. They are sugars with all the problems of sugar but they both taste amazing. And I pretty much avoid both almost all year round but I remember their taste  I eat my zillion other sugars, dairy in carnivore, fruits in fruit season etc. Well okay, fruits all the time but it’s very tiny nowadays. But it exists. I don’t say no to wonderful, super sweet wild fruits in winter during a walk. I don’t understand why the birds don’t eat it…)

The only sugar I really eat is in a berry (been a very long time since I had them), an avocado, a lemon, tomato, onion and leafy greens, and nuts. It is impossible to find supplements that don’t have flavoring or some weird chemical ingredient and that is why I fear them. I have b12 deficiency (which is why I eat so much salmon) but pills scare me so I just keep hoping that eventually the salmon will bring up. It’s not necessarily fear of carbs in the pill either, it’s just fear of anything unnatural.

Wow! That is terrifying.
