Hello everyone,
I just barely survived a thanksgiving long weekend and two birthdays on the same week. I say barely survived because I had a couple of days of high carbs. I noticed that my stomach seemed to ache after the high intake of carbs, even the next morning it felt sore, I just thought it was because i ate alot overall all, but last night I had another high carb day and again after having supper(where the high intake happened) I noticed the same discomfort. I just finished my 6th keto week and I wonder if my stomach is not reacting well to a higher amount of carbs as a side effect of being on keto?
