Folks, if you have been trying to adjust to the new 2ketodudes ‘ketogenicforum’ I advise you to keep looking it over. I was so put off at 1st but the more I use it, the easier it becomes & the more sense it makes. I now understand why the 2ketodudes are making the switch.

This is much better than Facebook. I’ve been listening to 2ketodudes podcast for a few months now, but I never wanted to join the FB community because I despise getting on FB… so I of course am glad they went this route.
