I seem to have a hard time staying just under 20 carbs…i may go to 24 but never more than that…im following only keto recipes…what am.i doing wrong?..thank you

20 isn’t an exact number. It all depends on how you react to your individual carb intake. Are you seeing results towards your goal? If so keep going. Otherwise it might be those high total carb items that need to go. Keep the recipes simple. Protein and vegetables cooked with good fat.
Thank you…i will try to see about switching things up…im 5 wks in and lost 10lbs…happy about that but my goal.is to minimize my sleep apnea and no longer use a machine…weight loss is awesome but i just want to feel better
Are you tracking total carbs or net carbs?
20g usually refers to net carbs (ie after you remove fibre from the calculation).
The catch is that food labelling is different in different countries.
In the US the carb number is total and you deduct what ever the number for total fibre is.
In the UK, Europe and Australia, that calculation is already done so the number of carbs on the back of pack is the net carbs already.
