Butter (grass fed/Kerrygold if you can)
ground beef, 80/20 (also grass fed if you can)
Salmon
Pork chops
Ribeye
Eggs
Heavy cream
Cream cheese
Pepperoni
Coconut oil
Swerve/Stevia if you think you’ll still have sugar cravings bad
Olives
Brussel sprouts
Asparagus
Broccoli
Above is my normal shopping list for reference. Sometimes if a veggie or meat is on sale I will change it up.
Also, here is my all time favorite keto recipe that convinced my boyfriend to go keto with me. It’s become our favorite meal in the rotation!
You’ll need to add beef broth, cheddar cheese, tomato paste, and some spice to your list if you don’t have them
Don’t get overwhelmed with particulars. Get some fatty protein source and fats.
Get a small list of things you like and take it from there. Don’t go all out.

Simple: All the fatty meats and vegetables that you like, along with some real butter! That’s always a good start.
Salt, not table salt but Himalayan/Celtic/Red salt with the natural minerals.
You are going to be needed a lot of salt to keep sodium up in summer especially.
