After researching about fasting, it seems like having some bonebroth are the way to go and i have desidet i want make it on my own. Never done this before, 1 week ago i dident even know what it was, so any tips and tricks will be greatly appriciated
Starting my 3-day fast today :O Any recommented bone broth recepies? and what suplements do i need to take?

My bone broth is different every time depending upon what I have around. My favorite method is crock pot. Bones of any type (preferably previously roasted/cooked - save them up in the freezer until ready to cook) a stalk of celery/carrot/onion powder/salt/herbs of any sort. Water to cover - simmer for 12-24h. Strain, store in jars. Consume!

Along with this recipe add apple cider vinegar to the mixture to help leech the goodness out of the bone. I recently made bone broth in crockpot (haven’t bought an instapot yet) and cooked over three days. My husband kept saying “your’re going to cook the death out of those bone!”
