Hey everyone,
I’ve just recently heard of this Keto diet and after abit of research it sounds amazing. A couple of people I know have started it and they enjoy it a lot. I just have concerns about doing this diet as someone who plays sport at a very high level and how it could affect my energy levels while starting.

What sport do you play?
Especially to start, keto will affect your peak power. Once you’re fat-adapted though, you’ll have far more energy available to you than a carb-only athlete.

I do long endurance runs for track

I play soccer and have been recommended to go on it by a family friend doing a study.
