So I plan on emptying out my mini free netflix fridge tomorrow and going grocery shopping to start my Keto diet. I do have a George Forman grill (with a far trap that I can use to pour fat back on meat once cooked if needed) where I can cook meat and a egg Holder to cook eggs in the microwave (oil can be added to the egg). Does anybody have any recommendations for me as to what to stick with when shopping? android 9 I can store about a weeks worth of food in my mini fridge so long as the items don’t take up to much space.

I second this. I loved hearing how Yogi works around the limitations of road life to stay healthy.
Nuts don’t have to go in the fridge. My favorites are almonds and walnuts. The prices are great at Trader Joe’s if you can make it to one of those.
Good luck!
Since you have access to a grill and a microwave, I would suggest single item whole foods. Steaks, chicken thighs or legs, pork chops, burger patties and vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus and brussels sprouts. Use a fatty protein as the entree and supplement with microwaved vegetables.
If you don’t have time to eat, you can pre-‘boil’ some eggs, keep almonds or macadamian nuts and pork rinds on hand for a quick snack. Also make sure you have some good natural salt on hand because proper amounts will help you avoid the keto “flu”. I recommend pink himalayan or sea salt if possible.
Also, keep butter on hand to flavor your veggies and some type of non-vegetable cooking oil to keep your meat from sticking to your grill. I recommend olive oil or even coconut oil. CO also works great in your coffee as a poor man’s bullet proof coffee. It sends ketones directly to your brain and gives it a good boost and increases mental alertness which can certainly help someone who is on the road for long hours.
