Hi, folks! New to the site! Been doing keto for a year…kinda…
I’ve fallen off the wagon a good amount of times and it’s time for me to serious up. I’m 28 years old now and I don’t want this to get any more difficult in the future than it already is.
I’ll be vlogging about the food I eat and showing my macros every day for a month or two. My weakness comes when I’m alone and no one knows what I’m eating. So, I feel that having my daily meals be public would help with that. I’ll also be analyzing my mood and behavior as I go along. Weekly updates on my measurements and weight, as well. I may also consider doing a few experiments along the way, like drinking apple cider vinegar and trying out different supplements.
It’ll be really tough for me cuz I’m really picky about my food and I get really moody if I don’t eat what I want. Hopefully that’ll subside over time. Anyway, just wanted to let you guys know about this. You can watch if you’re interested, but would mean more to me is if you were to give encouragement and feedback. I really, really want this to work.
