Thank you Franko, that is useful info, and sounds relatively easy to accomplish. I just finished a nice cup of Rooibos (herbal) tea now so sipping on something is definitely something i wouldn’t mind doing esp if that would help, I still have a few more days before I officially start, so currently i’m attempting a “soft start”.

Im most of all committed and eager (although I know this may take months or years) to see my body shrink.

morning Paulene, I’m starting on Sunday, I tried from Feb, cheated a bit here and there. but March im ready for. meal plan and prep, starting strong.

Great to hear! The first couple of weeks might be tough but it’s definately worth riding them out. My starting weight in Oct was close to yours and I’m down 10kg (depending on what day I weight it could be 12kg!) and I’m starting to donate outgrown clothes.
