So I started again like 10th time. Today was first day. Ate 6 eggs with lots of ghee(clarified butter). Had couple of teas with milk no sugar. I just hope I stay on it. Let’s see how tomorrow goes.
Started Again
What I said before is irrelevant.
I just don’t have enough will power anymore I give in to food cooked by my mom thinking I’ll start tomorrow. Tomorrow is not happening

I hope that you can keep on track, Pri, and that your mom will understand that you appreciate all that she is doing to help you with your young children and yourself during this traumatic time, but that you want to be eating as Ketogenically as possible and need her to realise that that is why you cannot eat some of the foods she is making. If you explain it very carefully worded, so as not to hurt her feelings, hopefully you can come to a compromise with her =).
I’m still just an old geezer with no family indifference and/or hostility to deal with, so don’t have anything to suggest.
Do you know how to search for all posts by a specific user?
If you click on their name it will take you to their summary page. You will see "top replies’ and “top topics”–which is the one where you can see what threads this user has created. Let me know if you have trouble.
Thank you.
You don’t have to “plan” your meals, per se, but I think it is important to keep a sufficient amount of the right food in the fridge and freezer from which you can construct your meals. Breakfast is easy - usually eggs, butter, bacon/sausage. Dinner for us is a good sized piece of meat (beef, pork or chicken) - taken from the freezer in the morning - and a steamed veggie with butter and/or salad or cole slaw. Lunch is anything that is readily accessible from the fridge that I can make into a meal. Whatever food choices you make for your meals, plate your food and don’t start eating until your plate is complete (i.e., don’t grab and snack from the fridge as you are making your meal).
Good luck; best.
