I’ve been at a weightloss stall for 2+ weeks. For the most part I haven’t been worried about it and kcko but the day before yesterday I decided to do lazy keto instead of tracking everything. I also started eating breakfast instead of drinking coconut oil coffee. At the end of the day yesterday I logged everything out of curiousity and it was about 1500 calories while my usual (not on purpose) calorie intake is 1200… This morning I woke up and my stall was broken! I suppose it was from upping my calorie intake for a couple days and possibly not taking mct or coconut oil…It may just have been time for my body to drop some weight. Idk. I hear often to switch it up if you become stalled. Just letting y’all know what worked for me.

Good result
I also get good results without any restriction of calories. The body is happier to do what it’s meant to do when it’s properly nourished.
