After listening to podcast #48 Starting Keto, I went straight to Amazon and bought both the polyscience smoking gun with 4 jars of wood chips & the
Anova - Precision Cooker Bluetooth!

Then sent an email to the Anova folks. Hope they get with the program!

I am at 11 months of my keto journey and can’t thank you two enough for all you have done to help build this community.

Hello, just listened to a podcast by the
2KetoDudes Carl Franklin & Richard Morris. 2ketodudes.com They once again talked about the pleasures of cooking with an Anova precision cooker. I ordered one because of their recommendation.

For the last year or more, they have worked hard to build a community based on a ketogenic way of eating/living. They both improved their health by this change in diet and are now dedicated to helping others. I too improved my health. Their facebook group grew to over 13,000…they have now created the www.ketogenicforum.com site.

It would be wonderful if you could sponsor them.
