Any body here have the 30 day meal plan.
And has any body done speed keto

(Cristian Lopez) #2

Most people on here are doing keto as a lifestyle rather than a 30 day reset plan

Agree with @KidKeto. Also, for myself personally, I didn’t experience most of the benefits of Keto in such a short timeframe.

I agree with the above comments.

A 3 or 4 hundred person with very high insulin resistance will have a very different first month than someone 10 or 15 pounds from goal.
Coming from SAD vs. already somewhat low carb will be a big difference also - at one month, you should be half way to fat adapted from SAD and might be a great fat burner already from low carb.

This way-of-eating is about focusing on hormones - not food intake.
Meal plans usually try to be great tasting and low calorie for effect but put everyone in the same bucket.

Stick with what affects hormones - everything else will work around that.

@TheTom67 This is the best advice you’ll get.

We get into ketosis as soon as our stored glucose runs out, because we’re not eating carbohydrate. But the metabolice repairs that provide so much of the benefit of a ketogenic diet usually take 6-8 weeks in most people, and sometimes longer, depending on how damaged their metabolism is.
