Does sole water replace electrolytes? Are they the same? Do you get benefits from both? Do people do one, the other or both?
I have tried to look into this but cant seem to find an answer…

Sole water is water saturated with salt (pink Himalayan salt, by preference) until no more salt will dissolve in it. There are other electrolytes that the body needs, such as potassium and magnesium, so if you need either of those, sole water will not give it to you.
