Bob,
Promethease had nothing informative about PPARA, I have the foundmyfitness report and nothing is on there for PPARA, but there was a good write up about PPARG.

I like the foundmyfitness reports, she keeps updating them as new information emerges in the research too. And the suggestions are most helpful.

I am pretty geekie, but Promethease just gets me running in circles some days.

Also in my above posting, I forgot to mention I still do use butter, I don’t consider it a milk thing, it is just manna from the heavens.

Thanks @collaroygal That helps a lot.

Not sure how much attention to give to it or weight to put on these SNPs or the early results. My guess is that there isn’t enough data to reach a really solid conclusion, yet.
