Snow outside, Keto inside!

(Tim W) #1

Well the weather outside is frightful, but inside, keto is so delightful:

I was outside, taking care of this:

And the wife was inside, making a keto dinner:

That’s a plate of deviled eggs, pickles, buffalo chicken dip, and hot dogs wrapped in fat head dough.

This is the worst snow I have seen in my life. I’ve lived through hurricanes and other weather before but this is the roughest winter storm I’ve lived through, and this is VA Beach, VA!!!

Time to head further south!!!

See, the nice thing about Keto is that if you run out of food, there is no pressure because you can easily fast for a few days! Enjoy your snowmen and make some snow cream!:snowman_with_snow:

It’s true! I usually spend snow days cooking, baking and eating. Today, I cleaned and shoveled snow!

(You've tried everything else; why not try bacon?) #4

Yeah, but it even snowed in Tallahassee! You might have to try Key West!

But then you have to deal with the hurricanes… Does a cold natured guy gotta move to Arizona?

Great point. The wife and I have fasted a LOT in 2017, going a few days without food (or at least without the carbs/sugar/crap SAD diet regulars) doesn’t bother us! We have some MCT oil, some coconut oil, a whole bunch of eggs and a gas range, we will survive! The only real issue… the vodka is running low…
