I slipped up on day 5 it wasn’t crazy just had some chocolate snacks two of them then next day almost 3 pounds down I don’t get it I am under 20 barely lose then that happens .

I’ve read that any weight fluctuations are a reflection of what you did a couple days ago rather than the day before.
I don’t believe this applies to water weight though.
I guess what I’m saying is I wouldn’t attribute too much of your weight drop to eating chocolate. But I also wouldn’t sweat the slip up too much. It’s counter productive.

Your 5 days in so it’s water weight, which is different to fat weight, don’t sweat it, get back on track and you’ll be fine!
