I saw these in Walmart and picked them up. So far my color isn’t changing at all… I’ve been reading on here that urine test strips aren’t always accurate,so I’m not too concerned. I’ll try them again in a few weeks and see if it has changed any.

How long have you been doing keto? Are you keeping your carbs <20g. per day? They should show readings at one week for sure if you’re doing that.
