So glad I found 2KD and these forums. I just celebrated one year Keto and still loving it!
Here in is the question.
What are some sleep threshold results while on keto?
Dr. Jason Fung stated 7hours sleep was a threshold of 50% reduction in fat burning capability.
I am currently getting 5.5-6 hours a night with a 3:30am gym session while intermittent fasted x5 days a week and two a days x3 days a week.
Including a 36-42 hour fast each Thursday night into the weekends.
Stalled at 15% body fat and pushing to obtain 10%
Macros are on point & intake is aprox 3,400 per day.
• Whats hurting more?
•Cortisol from high level Strength & Endurance training?
• Sleeping less than 7?
•Anyone else training at this level?
• Results with different hours sleep?
