Skin Problems with Keto?

Hello ,
I have been doing Keto for only a few months , however I have noticed in the last month my skin is developing some negative changes .
I have a little clusters of , what seems to be dry skin bumps on my leg and my face has been getting what seems to be calcium deposits or milia .
I’m planning on seeing a dermatologist for this but I was wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this ?
It may very well not be linked to Keto , but I was curious just the same .

I had a little rash for a few months, but I am prone to eczema so I’m not sure what role the keto diet had if any with this break out. It’s gone now. I didnt do anything differently.

Hi, I found the second half of this Dr Berg video interesting regarding how Vitamin D and Vitamin F effect your skin health. It may not be what you need but it may point you in the right direction. Hope it helps.

The last blood test I had , did show low levels of Vitamin D ( I hate being in the sun !!! )

I may try some of these suggestions . The Vitamin market is so confusing and I’ll admit , I am very skeptical of it , but that’s another thread !!
