Signs that you might need a carb up?

New to the forum (but not new to 2ketodudes!). I have been following a ketogenic diet for almost 2 months. I have lost 19 pounds and had new found energy. However, I have been feeling very sluggish, fatigued, and weak over the past 2 weeks. I haven’t changed anything. Could this be a sign that I should try carb cycling?

Just my experience: When I started keto back in 2015, I found out I had both hypothyroid and cortisol insufficiency right around 2 months in. It might be worth your while to get tested. Especially with it coming on all of a sudden like this.
