Had anyone else noticed if their BG goes up after a hot shower?

Is this in the morning? Might just be the cortisol waking you up. My Bg tends to be highest after I’ve woken up.

Mine has gone up after a cold shower.

No, it was at night, around 1.5hrs after eating.
