The body is weird.

How do you gain weight overnight when you havent eaten or drunk anything, but you HAVE peed and pooped?

Your feet were slightly t the left or right of where they were yesterday, and yes that can make a difference… your scales weren’t in exactly the same position as they were yesterday and you hadn’t pooped and peed out everything that was there before or you have some retained water.
Its why we say the scale is a lying liar who lies…

Weight can fluctuate throughout the day. A better apples to apples comparison is to do it at the same time everyday. You’re down 1 lb from your morning weight 2 days ago. Keep up the good work!
