Should I stop logging?

Old habits die hard. Should I quit?

I don’t value the information at all as I don’t believe I should look at numbers when deciding to eat or not. I would rather just eat intuitively. I like data but would also value more simplicity in my life.

So, should I stop logging?

Asking for a friend of course…

If you don’t value the information and want to simplify, why continue to log? The only reason I can think of is that you have been doing it for 6 years. That seems like it might be a hard habit to break.

I know you have a lot of time invested, so it will be an emotional goodbye!. I personally hate tracking, I only do it when I create a recipe or have a question about what I’m eating!

Yeah. I’ve pretty much decided to bag it, and continue on with less stress in my life. I learned lots of valuable lessons in that part of my journey, but it’s time to move on. I’m going to keep my account active so I can sign back in to encourage others from time to time.

Good for you going cold turkey!!!

I pretty much gave it up… I maybe log a day every month to make sure I’m not fooling myself about things. But I HATE logging!!!

PS. Oh, and I do think it’s good to keep the account, it can be useful to go back and look at what you used to eat if you ever feel like you’re off track.
