Old habits die hard. Should I quit?
I don’t value the information at all as I don’t believe I should look at numbers when deciding to eat or not. I would rather just eat intuitively. I like data but would also value more simplicity in my life.
So, should I stop logging?
Asking for a friend of course…

. I personally hate tracking, I only do it when I create a recipe or have a question about what I’m eating!
