Should I eat more fat or stop now while I'm ahead?

I went over carbs by maybe 10-20 grams . I might be at 30-40 grams of carbs, but still under my fat macros and calories for the day. do i still have a fatty dinner like i was planning to or avoid it bc the insulin spike could cause the fat to store instead of burn? helppp

Going over your carbs by 10-20 grams is unlikely to cause sudden fat gain, it’s more plausible that you will burn it or store as glycogen.

If you’re hungry, eat! If not, then don’t eat.
