Does anyone else have experience with a keto rash that just didn’t want to go away? I’ve had this rash for about 3 months and it started pretty early into my keto journey. I had a biopsy done and the doctor said it was inconclusive but definitely some type of dermatitis. She told me to go carnivore and I feel like that hasn’t helped although it’s only been a few days, she ordered labs for food allergies but other than that she said it’s trial and error at this point. I’m at my wits end.

I didn’t have it myself but have seborrheic dermatitis and scalp psoriasis so I know your pain with having skin that hates you! But this will hopefully shed some light or at least give you ideas.

That is unfortunate. I’d go back to pre Keto diet and see if it clears up. Then very slowly introduce keto foods while restricting carbs and sugar over weeks or months…give your body time to adapt.
