No problem. I live on suffolk so I am quite lucky that it is sold almost everywhere here.
The casing smells really weird, don’t worry about it.
What I do is peel it back in one piece, then slice what I want to eat and roll the casing back over and twist it to seal.
If you leave it wrapped in plastic it sweats and gives off a strange smell. So I keep it out of the plastic.
The one with red wine is amazing!

It’s just arrived! Strangely as I’d just eaten the last cube of Serrano! I’m really impressed with LaneFarm, the delivery is fast and it’s well presented.
I went with the chorizo but only because I couldn’t get the description of the red wine page to load, I’ll be getting that one next.
You’re very lucky to have that on your doorstep.

Very welcome. I hope you enjoy it. I think they are pretty good value. It’s nice to have that Spanish style sausage but all produced in the UK.

Not because I am overly patriotic, I just think its better to buy food that hasn’t been flown or driven or shipped round the world.
