Well not like it’s a good thing! But I appreciate some actual confirmation that stress is indeed problematic.
I wonder if anyone has ever tried to distinguish positive and negative stress effects. I am currently involved in a new project I’m very excited about, running around trying new things. Much more stress than my unplugged state of the last few weeks. But good stress! If you have a good stress day, please post about it.
