Ahh! I’ve alreadt failed my 3 day water fast. I made it from yesterday at 8 until today at 8! Just ate supper and need a word of encouragement to get back on track

It’s not a failure, you just listened to what your body needed. Fasting is something that often needs to be built up slowly.
