Scientists on keto max effort

Seems like this would be hard going back and forth if there is legitimacy to it.

I wouldn’t trust anything from that source, it’ll be twisted and turned beyond recognition.

This is bollocks. So Lead Author Dixit knows squat about it.

Lead author Vishwa Deep Dixit of the Yale School of Medicine.

He said that the keto diet puts the body into a starvation state, which encourages the burning of fats for fuel.

No link to the actual study?

And we also know from experience that fat adaptation takes six to eight weeks, so eating keto for only one week is not going to permit that.

Kind of like this one. What good is 30 day going to tell you?

“…However, by studying mice on the diet scientists found fat storage was happening simultaneously with the fat loss. …” …More

Very true in humans also if you eat more fat than your liver can turn or oxidize into ketones it gets stored as fat?

Eat more sugar than your liver and muscle can store it gets turned into fat and stored as lipid droplets in adipose cells also?

And if you do not get some muscle resistance exercise at least once or twice a week you amplify muscle catabolism while your sitting their over eating dietary fat and getting fatter by the second?
