Listened to it earlier, I’d call it a “bubble gum” look at the WOE. I enjoy that podcast but found it was light on science, the dudes usually go much deeper into real science on any episode. I am heavily biased though…

yeah thats why I said it was ‘interesting’ seemed so much different than other ones … but even the dietician from the Aussie SI , forgot her name @richard seemed to be even accepting it, though talked bollox about impact on sport.

yeah thanks Richard thats her … I think it would be a very good idea to get her on as would make for an interesting debate wouldn’t it ?

Agreed, when talking about keto and exercise/sports you HAVE to allow for adaption periods. You don’t start keto on Friday, go run a marathon on Sunday, and say keto doesn’t work because you were wasted… Things take time and patience, not the strong suite of our species…

What was interesting was one of the three stuck to it because of the mental clarity, however no way she would have adapted
