I remember a 2KetoDudes podcast discussing A. Keyes. Can anyone here provide the reference on the observation that his study originally had a population of 21 countries, and only 7 were selectively chosen? As I am a member of “AAAS” (American Association for the Advancement of Science), I may choose to send that reference to the editors of “SCIENCE” magazine, as it recently featured articles on the nutrition & the ketogenic diet, referring to the Keyes study. @richard @carl

In SCIENCE magazine, there are a number of nutrition articles starting on page 763 November 16, 2018. This magazine compares to NATURE in the U.K. Nutrition articles includes Ketosis; very little compared to the overall nutrition articles, page 766. Page 770 includes reference number 79. A Keyes, JT Anderson, Seven Countries: A Multivariate Analysis of Death and Coronary Heart Disease (Harvard University Press, 1980).
This is my first post. I have been keto since May 2016 and have kept 37 lbs off.
Thanks for the work you do,
