Scary symptoms / simple fix

So I was feeling awful for about a week. Pain in lower back, chest and shoulder. I had two major anxiety attacks and my heart was racing. I’ve been keto since January and thought I had things figured out, which scared me when I started feeling so bad. Up to now I hadn’t experienced keto flu or any other issues. I was just about to go to the doctor, thinking I was in major trouble. I decided today to increase my salt water and take a magnesium supplement. I measured out my pink salt for the day and made sure to drink it all. To my great relief, I feel better! All pains gone! All stress feeling gone. I realize now just how little water I was drinking. What seemed like enough sodium clearly was not…and eyeballing it did not work!

Anyway, thought I’d share my scary experience . Time to go drink some more water lol. Lesson learned !
