If you enjoy cooking making bone broth is really simple as well. I found buying legit bone broth gets expensive, but if you buy whole chickens you could use all the extra parts of the chicken to make it. It’s also easy to get a connection with a local butcher as these aren’t high commodity items for them. I totally understand being busy so it doesn’t work for everyone, I mean part of the point is to not have food run your life, but I find it pretty satisfying to make. Worth a try if you have the time.

I use Brenda’s ketoaide recipe. I find adding some lemon cuts the saltiness of it for me. I either use fresh lemon juice or a packet of True Lemon (freeze dried lemon).

I also just ordered these salt capsules from Amazon based on my sister’s recommendation. I just started using them to up my intake.
