Salt packets - think these would be good?

#1

Since I might not be getting enough salt / electrolytes from my regular meals, I thought I should start carrying around salt packets for the times when I feel light-headed. I found Himalayan pink salt packets claiming “84 elements and iron” on Amazon… not sure I’m buying all that, but here’s a partial listing. Think this would do the trick on or under the tongue a few times a day?

Sounds like they’d want to charge you a premium price, if they went to all that trouble to list everything and package tiny little packets.

I just use pink himalayan rock salt. It’s the kind you’d put in a salt grinder. I swallow two little rocks like pills with a full glass of water. Some people like to hold them in their mouth, I just swallow mine down.

I carry them in my purse in an old pill bottle. Works great.

I also keep the pink rock salt at my desk. Each morning a shake a few Little Rock’s onto my mouse pad and I will suck away at them for a couple hours. Do it again after my lunch break.

Thanks for the replies. $9.95 for 50 packets. Would be cheaper to buy the bulk salt but not an outrageous price for the convenience factor.
