I eat salsa every so often. And spaghetti sauce made from no-sugar-added tomato paste. And tomatoes. And guacamole.
Quantity is the key thing - keep it reasonable. It’s a condiment, not a main course.
Actually, per 100-gram serving, they have fewer net carbs than cauliflower or broccoli. However, per cup, they have a bit more, because a cup of tomatoes is nearly double the weight of a cup of the others.

I used this stuff when I was trying to convince myself to like pork rinds. Eventually went for bacon bits instead and stopped using salsa. Still, this stuff could be added to many things to enhance flavour with a minimal carb tax. Each flavour has its own nutrient profile, so you have to verify carbs for each one.
