Soft, creamy, luscious fully cooked salmon fillets are possible. Each bite is cloud of yummy salmon succulence.

The link is for a method of fully cooking salmon that truly highlights its yummy fattiness.

I skipped the bed, used salt & pepper and olive oil and can’t stop thinking about going to the store to buy more salmon…now!

Thank you so much for this! Did a search for “salmon” on the forums and ran in to this amazing recipe! My husband and I were both in shock at how soft and fluffy the salmon was. The drizzled melted butter on top before seasoning really made it taste mouth-watering.

Your salmon looks delicious!!! I am glad you and your hubby enjoyed the salmon!

I just realized, looking at your mouth watering picture, that I have gotten lazy and after marinating it for 20 minutes, just plop it on the foil covered pan. I still enjoy it and love how the low, slow prep keeps all the fatty goodness in place!

Thanks for sharing the luscious picture! I have fallen off the keto wagon and am away from home, but I now know what Monday night’s dinner is going to be! Thanks!

I love it too! It really didn’t take long at all to prep- the longest part was probably cutting the lemons  Good luck to you!

Thanks for sharing your pic! Today was a restart day for me. Remembering how delicious keto food is helps me get through the detox! Here is my lazy version, 20 minutes on countertop with Salt, pepper and olive oil while oven preheats at 250, then 25 minutes…and day 1 is done! PS, it is even better cold or room temperature the next day!
