Hi everybody,
So I just completed a 5 day water fast which went really well. I decided to begin Keto upon re-feeding in order to extend some of the benefits of the fast. I am feeling quite rough after a few days on the 20g carbs per day, stomach is really grumbly and pretty bad diarrhea. Also I am feeling kind of hot on the inside which is weird.
I’d be keen to know your opinions on if this is just adjusting to the fast or something you get when switching to burning ketones instead of glycogen.
