Thanks, all. This seems to have resolved itself after about 7 days. Still have no idea what was going on. I wonder if it could’ve been related to exhaustion? I had been running 5 miles a day, 6 days a week, so a lot of sweat. I have taken it easy this past week, though I plan to pick up running again soon.
