I’m finding this guy very inspiring. He seems honest and has been open about his keto journey and his struggles, as well as his solutions. I’m wondering if this might help people who are on the fence? Always looking for new introductions that might draw people in to healing modalities.

Any opinions?

That looked pretty good to me. Went the infamous CICO route initially.

And talks us through why he rejected it. Useful, maybe?

I think so. The idea is typically that you just exercise “more” and “reduce” calories. When I went keto, I reduced the amount I exercised and ate as much as I wanted, yet quickly lost a lot of weight. Basically, not what was expected. That’s similar to what he found.

I like most of his ideas, and think they apply to many.

I never been able to figure out what “grounding” really is. If I have bare feet on wood floors, is that grounding? Or do I have to go outside and actually put my bare feet on the ground?

Lol, I know, that was one that made me :face_with_monocle:

It’s hard to believe the entire earth isn’t imparting a charge or whatever it’s supposed to do due to the tremendous resistance of my 1/2" shoe soles.
